Business Manager

Business Manager with FICC knowledge required for investment bank. This is a broad business management role offering exposure to front-office operations, strategic initiatives, regulatory change, project management, and business controls. The successful candidate will work closely with senior stakeholders to drive business priorities, improve operational efficiency, and support the continued growth of the FICC business. Responsibilities

• Support senior management with the day-to-day operational and administrative management of the Global Markets business.
• Coordinate the implementation of business plans, strategic initiatives, and key priorities across multiple functions.
• Support the adoption of regulatory requirements, internal policies, and control frameworks, ensuring adherence to best practices.
• Lead and participate in projects covering new products, business initiatives, system enhancements, and process improvements. Required Skills
• Proven experience within banking, ideally in business management, product development, business planning, or risk and control functions.
• Experience within a Capital Markets, Markets COO, or Front Office support environment would be advantageous.
• Strong project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
