Senior Data Analytics Manager - Databricks

Key Responsibilities

• Lead business analytics and customer insights initiatives to support strategic decision-making.
• Analyze customer, campaign, sales, and operational data to identify trends, opportunities, and business recommendations.
• Develop and enhance dashboards, KPI reporting, and management insights using Power BI.
• Leverage Databricks and modern data platforms to drive scalable analytics solutions and process automation.
• Partner with business, digital, product, and technology teams to translate business requirements into actionable analytics.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders and leadership teams.
• Lead analytics projects and mentor team members while driving continuous improvement in data and reporting capabilities. Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
• 10+ years of experience in Business Analytics, Customer Analytics, Data Insights, or related fields.
• Strong hands-on data analytics skills with advanced SQL and experience working with large data sets.
• Proven expertise in Databricks and Power BI.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence senior business leaders.
• Experience within insurance or financial services is highly preferred.
• Knowledge of Python, data modelling, and cloud-based analytics platforms is a plus.
