Senior Manager

About the role Our client is a sizable and leading pharmaceutical/healthcare/wellness products group in Hong Kong. The successful candidate will be responsible for marketing of pharmaceutical and genomic test products, new product launch, developing strategic marketing initiatives, and collaborating closely with the sales team to drive revenue growth while building strong relationships with healthcare professionals (HCPs). Key responsibilities

• Oversee the development of marketing strategies and plans for pharmaceutical and genomic test products
• Organize marketing events to promote genomic test and pharmaceutical products to healthcare professionals
• Conduct product lifecycle management, market research and analysis, and collaboration with internal teams, key opinion leaders (KOLs) and healthcare professionals (HCPs)
• Strategically plan and execute ATL and BTL programs, leveraging both online and offline activities to drive business growth
• Manage product inventory, pricing strategies, and packaging while ensuring compliance
• Monitor industry trends and regulatory requirements, ensuring product compliance, and driving product performance and profitability Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Pharmacy, or related field
• Master's degree is preferred
• Experience in product management at ethical and direct to consumer marketing are preferred
• Previous experience in oncology is an advantage
• Experience in sales, marketing strategies and market analysis
• Strong understanding of regulatory requirements and industry trends
• Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
• Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
