The project:

Mace is providing PMC services for a redevelopment project in Ahmedabad.

Mace is one of the delivery partners requiring high-calibre and experienced professionals to lead integrated teams throughout each phase of the project.

You'll be responsible for:

• Provides administrative support to the quality assurance team, including organising meetings and preparing minutes.
• Supports external audit preparation, managing logistics such as room bookings and meeting invites.
• Administers the audit process, coordinating notifications, documentation requests, and issuing reports to ensure effective delivery.
• Assists with communication materials and reviews presentations to support the delivery of quality information.
• Works collaboratively with team members to provide operational support and guidance where required.
• Contributes to continuous improvement and supports Mace's net zero carbon transition during project delivery.

You'll need to have:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Experience in the relevant field.
