Childcare Level 3 Apprentice

Are you a dynamic individual with a passion for learning about early years? This nursery is looking for someone to join their friendly team. Your role will be supporting children aged 6 months to 5 years. You will also be a key person to a small group of children, making learning fun and liaising closely with parents/carers. Great career progression!

What you'll do

• To act as a key person to a group of children,liasiing closely and building an effective relationship with parents/carers and ensuring each chilld's needs are recognised and met
• To work in partnership with parents/carers and other family members
• To advise the manager of any concerns e.g. health and well -being of children, parents or the saftey of equipment, preserving confidentiality as necessary
• To teach children, offering an appropriate level of support and stimulating play experiences
• To ensure that children are kept safe and that you understand when to follow child protection procedures
• To actively participate at team meetings, supervision meetings and appraisal meetings
• To attend training courses as required and to take responsibiltiy for personal development

We are a small, family owned chain of nurseries offering care to children from 6 months to 5 years. Our nurseries are located in Leytonstone, Chingford, and Walthamstow in East London where we have been serving the community since 2010.

• Course: Early years educator (level 3), Education and early years
• Apprenticeship level: Advanced (level 3)
• Training provider: NORTH WALES TRAINING LTD.
• Expected duration: 1 Year 6 Months
• Hours: 40 hours a week. Working week: Monday - Friday, 08:30 - 17:30
• Start date: 2 December 2026

• Wage: £16,640 a year
