Level 3 Nursery Apprenticeship

We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as an Early Years Level 3 Apprentice. This position offers a unique opportunity for hands-on learning and professional development in the field of childcare.

What you'll do

• Engage in on-the-job training to develop practical skills in childcare, including child supervision, curriculum implementation, and behavior management
• Work collaboratively with experienced staff to understand and implement age-appropriate learning activities
• Assist in prioritising the safety, health, and overall well-being of the children in our care
• Foster positive relationships with children, creating a supportive and nurturing environment
• Contribute to the planning and execution of educational activities that align with the childcare curriculum
• Collaborate with lead educators to create a stimulating and enriching learning environment

Training

• Level 3 Early Years Educator Apprenticeship Standard
• Paediatric First Aid
• Functional Skills Level 2 in English and maths (if required)
• Training one day a week at our Colindale Centre (NW9)

After the apprenticeship

• The successful candidate can go onto further training, or into employment

• Hours: 35 hours a week. Working week: Monday - Friday, 9.00am to 5.00pm
• Start date: 14 December 2026

• Wage: £14,560 a year
