IT Apprentice

Are you passionate about technology and looking to build a hands-on career in IT? We're looking for an enthusiastic IT Apprentice to join our growing team at Centurion, supporting clients across the UK with IT systems, software, and infrastructure.

What you'll do

• Supporting the setup, testing, and installation of in-house software and associated hardware
• Providing remote and on-site technical support to clients
• Diagnosing and resolving IT issues using remote tools and hands-on troubleshooting
• Building, configuring, and maintaining PCs, laptops, and network equipment
• Installing and maintaining cabling (Cat6/7 and fibre)
• Assisting with user accounts, software installation, and system configuration
• Contributing to the continuous improvement of Centurion's IT systems and processes

QA's Azure Cloud Support Specialist Level 3 apprenticeship programme enables the apprentice to:

• Gain an Azure Fundamentals Qualification and a Microsoft 365 fundamentals qualification
• Get an introduction to Windows, Linux and PowerShell

Tools and technologies learned: Learners will learn to use Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, Windows 10, AWS, Linux, PowerShell.

Apprenticeship details

• Course: Information communications technician (level 3), Digital
• Apprenticeship level: Advanced (level 3)
• Training provider: QA LIMITED
• Expected duration: 1 Year 5 Months
• Hours: 37.5 hours a week. Working week: Monday to Friday, flexible, weekend availability.
• Start date: 28 October 2026

• Wage: £18,000 a year
