Apprentice Estate Agent

This is a customer-facing role with responsibility for providing the administrative support needed to secure successful property sales. You'll also learn how to value properties, prepare particulars, negotiate sales and conduct viewings.

What you'll do

• Prepare particulars using MS Publisher
• Liaise with vendors and prospective purchasers using telephone and emails
• Arrange and conduct viewings

Training

• Junior Estate Agent Level 2 Apprenticeship Standard
• Functional skills in maths and English if required
• Training schedule has yet to be agreed. Details will be made available at a later date

After the apprenticeship

• Become a fully-fledged member of the team. Negotiator, Valuer and then Branch Manager
• The sky's the limit

Things to consider

You must have a full UK driving licence and have daily access to a car.

• Course: Junior estate agent (level 2), Sales, marketing and procurement
• Apprenticeship level: Intermediate (level 2)
• Training provider: WESTON COLLEGE OF FURTHER AND HIGHER EDUCATION
• Expected duration: 1 Year 4 Months
• Hours: 40.75 hours a week. Working week: Monday - Friday, 8.45am - 5.30pm. and alternate Saturday, 9am - 1.00pm.
• Start date: 1 November 2026

• Wage: £16,952 a year
