- Job Requirements
- Manage daily baler output and production priorities.
- Plan labour and shift allocation to meet customer demand.
- Schedule routine cleaning and housekeeping to minimise downtime.
- Monitor consumable and fibre stock levels to prevent production interruptions.
- Coordinate recruitment and onboarding of additional operators when required.
- Report daily and weekly performance updates (output, downtime, labour utilisation, KPIs).
- Act as the first point of contact for operational issues and escalate where appropriate.
- Support training and development of baler operators.
