Recruitment Consultant Apprentice

At Swarm Training, we're offering an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic apprentice to become part of our dynamic team. This is a great chance to learn about our industry, gain hands-on experience, and grow into a valuable member of the business.

What you'll do

• Support new and existing client to hire apprentices
• Candidate registrations, attraction and education
• Assisting with the marketing and administration of roles
• Providing a 360-degree consultative service including business development
• Working closely with the Engagement team members and accounts managers
• Updating CRM systems, mailing candidates/clients and reporting
• Becoming an integral part of the development of the business with career flexibility

Training

Training will be with us, Swarm Training, a national provider of apprenticeships throughout the UK. The successful candidate will work towards the Level 3 Recruiter apprenticeship; this apprenticeship will take between 12 - 18 months to complete with assessments.

The apprentice is required to complete a minimum of 6 hours per week during working hours, working towards achieving the qualification. A tutor will conduct training sessions once a month, where the apprentice will be allocated tasks to be completed during working hours.

Apprenticeship details

• Course: Recruiter (level 3), Business and administration
• Apprenticeship level: Advanced (level 3)
• Training provider: SWARM APPRENTICESHIPS C.I.C
• Expected duration: 1 Year 6 Months
• Hours: 35 hours a week. Working week: Typically from 9.00am to 5.00pm, Monday to Friday. This is delivered within a flexible working structure, combining both office-based and remote work.
