Marketing Assistant Apprentice

What you'll do

Duties and Tasks:

• Develop content for social media, email, and blogs
• Write marketing copy and collaborate on graphics and videos
• Create, schedule, and post social media content
• Engage with followers and analyze performance metrics

Email Marketing:

• Design and send email campaigns
• Segment lists, personalise messages, and track performance

Market Research:

• Research market trends and customer preferences
• Present data to support marketing strategies

Campaign Support:

• Assist in planning and executing campaigns
• Ensure campaign consistency across channels

Data Analysis:

• Measure marketing effectiveness using analytical tools
• Prepare KPI reports and provide

Customer Service:

• Assist in answering inbound calls and on occasion make outbound calls to support clients needs
• Corespond with internal and external clients via email to complete day-to-day tasks
• Attend business networking events to capture moments for our social media platform and develop your knowledge on our clients
• Work with online platforms to assist our clients in making international transfers

Training

Multi-channel Marketer Level 3.

The apprentice will have an assigned Educator from Heart of England Training.

After the apprenticeship
