Customer Service Admin

Location: Sunbury-on-Thames (Relocating to Weybridge in the near future)
Hours: Monday-Friday (8.30-17:00)

We're looking for a detail‑focused and proactive Subscriber Administration Support to join our team. You'll play a key role in supporting operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time, and helping deliver a smooth customer experience.

This is a varied role suited to someone who enjoys working at pace, staying organised, and supporting a busy team environment.

What you'll do:

• Support the Operations team with day‑to‑day administrative tasks
• Manage time‑sensitive actions and meet key deadlines
• Maintain accurate records and keep systems up to date
• Provide ad hoc support across the wider team as needed
