LGV Driver

Salary : £14.71 per hour, plus Veolia benefits.

Hours - 40 hours per week, Monday - Friday 6:30am - 3:00pm

Location : Copse Road, Fleetwood, Lancashire, FY7 6RP

What you 'll be doing;

• Driving to planned collection locations and loading recycling and domestic waste into the vehicle.
• Complete daily checks of the vehicle and use the onboard technology to complete work notes.
• Comply with all traffic laws and legislation.
• Ensure their work environment is safe and clean at all times.
• Ensure operations are carried out in a safe manner.
• Report service, safety and environmental issues.
• Ensure all accidents are documented and reported accurately as per company procedures.
• Carry out duties according to the programme of works, schedules and work instructions.

What we 're looking for;

Essential:

• Class 2 Driving Licence
• An up-to-date CPC / DIGI card.
• Ability to work confidently within a team environment.
• Must have good communication skills.

Desired:

• Prior experience working within Waste
