Northern BioStrategies (NBS) is a UK student-led consultancy for the life sciences industry. We publish research, Market Pulse reports and insight pieces on biotech and pharma. Now we're building a small marketing team to bring that work to more people through video and design. We're recruiting for three roles. Pick one or more when you apply. 🎬 Video Editor

• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn
• Add captions, motion graphics and sound
• Keep every video on-brand Looking for: a portfolio of short-form edits and experience with Premiere Pro, DaVinci Resolve, CapCut or similar. 🎙️ On-Camera Presenter & Scriptwriter
• Be the face and voice of our biotech explainer videos
• Help write and shape scripts
• Pitch video ideas based on what's happening in the industry Looking for: someone confident and engaging on camera who can make complex science easy to follow. ✏️ Graphic Designer
• Design carousels, stories and infographics
• Build reusable templates
• Work within the NBS brand guidelines Looking for: a portfolio of social graphics and experience with Figma, Canva or Adobe. The role: This is an unpaid, volunteer position. It is flexible and remote, at around 1–5 hours a week, and fits around your studies. What you'll get:
