🚨 WE'RE HIRING! | TRAINING INSTRUCTOR – TC WALES 🚨 📍 Cross Hands, South Wales TC Wales is growing, and we're looking for a new Training Instructor to join our team! With our range of training courses and customer base continuing to expand, we're looking for someone who wants to be part of a growing business and help us deliver high-quality training across Wales. 🔧 What we're looking for: ✅ Level 3 Award in Education and Training (or equivalent) ✅ RTITB and/or NPORS Instructor qualifications ✅ Assessing Vocational Achievement qualification – preferred ✅ Transport Manager CPC holder – an advantage ✅ Experience delivering practical and classroom-based training ✅ A positive attitude, good communication skills and a passion for developing others 📚 The Role You'll be delivering training and assessments across a range of industries, helping learners gain recognised qualifications and develop the skills they need to work safely and effectively. The role will involve a mixture of classroom-based and practical training, both at our Cross Hands training centre and at customer sites. 💪 Why Join TC Wales?
