Project Manager

We're recruiting for a Project Manager with experience in SaaS implementations, ideally with exposure to ERP systems, to help deliver successful software projects from initial planning through to implementation and go-live. This is a fantastic opportunity for an organised and proactive Project Manager who enjoys working with customers, technical teams and business stakeholders to deliver projects on time and to a high standard. The Role

• Manage SaaS implementation projects from initiation through to delivery and go-live.
• Develop and maintain project plans, timelines and delivery milestones.
• Coordinate internal teams, customers and third-party suppliers.
• Track project progress, risks, issues and dependencies.
• Support requirements gathering, testing, deployment and implementation activities.
• Provide regular project updates and maintain accurate project documentation.
• Ensure projects remain on track, within agreed scope and aligned with customer expectations.
• Help identify and resolve delivery challenges, escalating issues where necessary. About You
• Previous experience managing or coordinating SaaS implementation projects.
• Ideally, experience working on ERP implementations or enterprise software projects.
• Strong organisational, planning and time-management skills.
• Confident communicating with customers, technical teams and business stakeholders.
• Experience tracking project milestones, risks, issues and deliverables.
• A proactive, solutions-focused approach with excellent attention to detail.
