Project Manager - Electrical Mechanical

Are you an electrically biased engineering professional who enjoys running projects from start to finish? Our client, a growing engineering business delivering electrical and mechanical projects for industrial customers, is looking for a Project Manager to join them permanently. You'll take ownership of a portfolio of industrial projects, leading in-house teams and subcontractors and acting as the go-to contact for clients. What you'll be doing

• Managing several electrical and mechanical projects at once, from handover to completion.
• Planning labour, materials and subcontractors.
• Controlling budgets, variations and reporting.
• Leading client meetings and keeping customers updated.
• Writing RAMS and keeping sites safe and compliant.
• Overseeing commissioning and handover, with travel mostly across the North West and occasionally further afield. What you'll need
• Project management experience, ideally in an electrical environment.
• A technical background, ideally electrical (e.g. electrician or electrical engineer).
• Confidence managing budgets, programmes and subcontractors.
• Full UK driving licence.
• Knowledge of Mechanical schematics very advantageous What's on offer
• Salary circa £60,000.

• 8:30am – 4:30pm Monday to Thursday with an early finish on Friday
