Project Manager - Marine and Offsite Operations

Eden Scott are recruiting on behalf of a well-established organisation for an experienced Project Manager to join their team on a full-time, permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced project professional with a marine, offshore or operational background to take ownership of a varied portfolio of vessel-based and offsite projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing projects from initial enquiry through to final delivery, acting as the key point of contact for clients while coordinating internal teams, subcontractors and operational resources. The role requires a practical, organised individual who can balance commercial, operational and customer requirements while ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently and to a high standard. What You'll Be Doing

• Managing projects from initial scope and quotation through to completion and final client sign-off.
• Acting as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle.
• Coordinating internal departments, subcontractors and third-party suppliers to ensure project requirements are met.
• Developing project plans, schedules and resource requirements to support successful delivery.
• Monitoring project progress, budgets and timelines, identifying risks and implementing solutions where required.
• Supporting operational teams both onshore and offshore to ensure project objectives are achieved.
• Managing project documentation, reporting and contract requirements.
• Building and maintaining strong client relationships through regular communication and project updates.
• Identifying opportunities for additional work and supporting business growth initiatives.
• Chairing project meetings and ensuring actions are tracked through to completion.
• Ensuring compliance with company procedures, industry regulations and safety standards.
• Supporting continuous improvement initiatives by identifying lessons learned and opportunities to enhance delivery performance. What We're Looking For
• Previous experience in a Project Management role within a marine, offshore, engineering or operational environment.
• Strong understanding of project delivery principles, including planning, resource management and stakeholder coordination.
• Experience managing multiple work scopes and competing priorities simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to build relationships across clients, suppliers and internal teams.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to monitor project costs and performance.
• Knowledge of marine, offshore or vessel-based operations would be highly advantageous.
