Manufacturing Operator

We are currently recruiting for permanent Team Member positions across four specialist areas within an aerospace manufacturing environment in Lincoln. These opportunities are ideal for candidates looking to build their careers in manufacturing, production, or engineering. Previous experience in the specific areas is not essential, as full training will be provided. Current Openings:

• A350 Deburr Team Member: Component finishing, deburring, and quality inspection.
• Heat Treatment Team Member: Preparing metal components and supporting heat treatment operations.
• Snecma Laboratory Operative: Component cleaning, material testing preparation, and technical data recording.
• Plating Team Member: Component preparation, surface treatment, and plating operations. Location: Lincoln, UK Employment Type: Permanent Shift Pattern: Rotating A/B shifts Shift details: A Shift
• Monday–Thursday: 6:00 AM – 1:35 PM
• Friday: 6:00 AM – 12:45 PM B Shift
• Monday–Thursday: 1:25 PM – 9:05 PM
