We're looking for a Team Leader who can run the floor, lift the team, and keep the experience sharp from first check-in to final scoreboard. As Team Leader, you're visible, hands-on, and in it with the team. One minute you're briefing a corporate group, the next you're supporting the bar, or stepping in to smooth a guest moment. You're the bridge between Hosts and Management, keeping standards high while keeping the vibe right. What You'll Be Doing Leading the Shift

• Running high-energy, smooth services from start to finish
• Being present on the floor during peak periods
• Making real-time decisions under pressure
• Supporting Hosts with coaching and direction Guest Experience
• Delivering confident welcomes and clear briefs
• Handling guest feedback and complaints with calm ownership
• Spotting issues early and fixing them fast
• Turning good moments into memorable ones Operations & Standards
• Keeping games, tech, and bar flow running to standard
• Supporting opening and closing procedures
• Maintaining presentation and cleanliness across the venue
• Ensuring licensing and health & safety standards are followed People & Culture
• Leading by example - energetic, calm, professional
• Giving real-time feedback to Hosts
• Supporting training and development
