About The Role We are seeking an experienced AI Automation Engineer to design, develop, and implement AI-driven automation solutions across Digital Workplace Services. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in leveraging Generative AI, Microsoft Copilot, Copilot Studio, Azure OpenAI, Power Platform, and intelligent AI agents to enhance employee experience, optimize IT operations, and streamline service desk functions. This role requires a blend of technical expertise in AI/GenAI engineering, Microsoft technologies, automation, and API integration to deliver practical and scalable enterprise AI solutions. Qualifications The successful candidate should possess a strong foundation in AI and automation technologies, with relevant certifications being highly desirable. Preferred qualifications include Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate, Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Developer Associate, and ServiceNow Certified System Administrator. Hands-on experience in enterprise AI transformation programs, digital workplace services, and employee experience platforms will be advantageous. The candidate should demonstrate excellent problem-solving skills, stakeholder management capabilities, and the ability to communicate complex AI concepts effectively to diverse audiences. • Design and implement AI-powered workplace automation solutions tailored to enterprise needs.
• Develop intelligent virtual assistants, chatbots, and AI agents utilizing Microsoft Copilot Studio and Azure OpenAI.
• Create agentic AI workflows for autonomous task execution and IT support automation.
• Integrate AI solutions seamlessly with ITSM platforms, collaboration tools, and enterprise applications.
• Develop workflow automations leveraging Power Platform, APIs, and orchestration frameworks.
• Apply Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, and large language models (LLMs) to address enterprise use cases. Digital Workplace Transformation
• Deliver innovative AI-powered digital workplace solutions to improve employee productivity and engagement.
• Implement intelligent self-service capabilities for employees to enhance support efficiency.
• Develop Copilot-enabled workflows aimed at boosting workplace productivity and collaboration.
• Enhance workplace experience through AI-driven support systems and knowledge management strategies. Service Desk Automation
• Develop AI solutions for ticket summarization, automated ticket classification, and knowledge article generation.
• Implement self-healing automation to proactively resolve common issues.
• Create intelligent incident routing and virtual support assistants to improve service desk responsiveness.
• Leverage predictive analytics to facilitate proactive support and issue resolution. Integration & Development
• Integrate AI solutions with ServiceNow, Microsoft 365, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online, Power Platform, Azure Services, and other enterprise applications.
• Develop secure APIs and connectors to enable seamless data exchange between AI solutions and enterprise platforms. AI Governance & Operations
• Ensure AI solutions adhere to Responsible AI principles, including security, privacy, and ethical considerations.
• Monitor AI performance, optimize solutions, and support lifecycle management for operational excellence.
• Implement scalable, reliable, and maintainable AI automation solutions aligned with enterprise standards.
