Dynamics CE Technical Lead

Job title: Dynamics CE Technical Lead (D365 / Power Platform) Location: HQ in London but considering applicants UK wide Salary: £75-85k DOE + Bonus + Comprehensive Benefits Package We're working with a leading Microsoft-focused consultancy that is investing heavily in its Dynamics 365 and Power Platform practice. As a CE Lead Technical Lead, you'll play a key role in shaping enterprise-scale solutions for a diverse client base, combining hands-on technical expertise with leadership, mentoring and client engagement. The business are flexible in terms of working arrangements, and offer the opportunity to work remotely, however flexibility for ad-hoc travel to clients will be required depending on project requirements. Key Responsibilities

• Lead the technical delivery of Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform projects.
• Design and develop scalable solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and the wider Power Platform.
• Build and oversee integrations using Azure services such as Logic Apps, Service Bus and Azure Functions.
• Support pre-sales activities including solution design, technical estimations and client workshops.
• Drive development best practices, code reviews, ALM and CI/CD processes.
• Mentor and support developers and junior consultants across project teams. Essential Skills & Experience
• Proven experience delivering Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform solutions in a senior technical capacity.
• Strong hands-on development experience with Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, C#, .NET and JavaScript.
• Experience working with Azure integration technologies and cloud-based architectures.
• Strong understanding of ALM, Azure DevOps and CI/CD best practices.
• Ability to engage with stakeholders and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Microsoft certifications such as PL-400, PL-600 or equivalent. Desirable Skills
• Microsoft Copilot Studio
• Azure OpenAI / Generative AI
• React or Angular for PCF development
• Data migration and integration experience
