Cost and Reporting Controller

Are you a part qualified accountant with strong FP&A skills? Do you enjoy getting in to the detail around overheads and costs? Do you have excellent communication and relationship building skills? If so this might be the new role for you. Based in North Bristol our client, due to promotion, is looking for an analytical accounting professional to join the finance team and report on people related costs across the business. You'll be involved in the month end process from an accrual and prepayment perspective and report on UK and overseas headcounts, building relationships with colleagues in operations, HR, payroll and other back office functions. With one direct report supporting you with information gathering you'll carry out monthly P&L reviews, forecasting, analysis and breakdowns by cost centres and departments highlighting risks and inefficiencies. You'll be part of the team that puts together slides for the board pack and be someone that the SLT come to for information and analysis around people costs.
