We're looking for an experienced and commercially minded People Partner to join our Team and support our North East, Yorkshire & Scotland (NEYS) region. Working closely with senior operational leaders across a diverse workforce stretching from Aberdeen to Sheffield, you'll help turn business challenges into people solutions that deliver real impact. What you'll do Strategic Business Partnering

• Partner with senior leaders to shape workforce and people strategies.
• Lead on complex employee relations and organisational change activity.
• Coach and develop managers to build high performing teams.
• Develop and deliver regional people plans that support business objectives and workforce performance.
• Use people data and insight to drive business performance.
• Support talent, succession and leadership initiatives. What You'll Bring
• Proven experience in a People Partner, HR Business Partner or Senior HR Generalist role.
• Strong UK employment law and employee relations expertise.
• Experience managing complex casework and organisational change initiatives.
• The confidence to influence leaders and challenge constructively
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• CIPD Level 7 qualification or equivalent experience.
• Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel across the region as required. Why Join Us?
