Board Trustee

Could your skills and experience help shape the future of care for babies and families in Liverpool? Little Lights Liverpool Baby Hospice is looking for volunteer Trustees to join our Board and help guide the next stage of our development as an independent charity. We are seeking people who can bring strategic insight, professional expertise and a commitment to compassionate, family-centred care for babies, children and their families. We are currently recruiting for the following volunteer Trustee roles:

• Clinical Trustee – supporting clinical governance, quality, safety, safeguarding and compassionate care
• Marketing Trustee – supporting digital communications, social media, marketing, brand development and responsible use of AI
• Finance and Governance Trustee – supporting financial oversight, governance, risk and responsible stewardship of charitable resources These are strategic governance roles, not operational posts. As a Trustee, you will help ensure Little Lights Liverpool Baby Hospice is well-led, sustainable and able to provide safe, outstanding care for the families who need us. The roles are voluntary, with a time commitment of approximately 8–12 days per year, including Board meetings, preparation, strategic discussions and occasional hospice events.
