Practice Manager

Practice Manager Remote, with some UK travel | £80,000–£100,000 Tenth Revolution Group is recruiting on behalf of a Microsoft Partner for a Practice Manager to lead and develop its consulting practice. This is a senior leadership opportunity for someone with experience in technology consulting and a strong understanding of Microsoft Power Platform. You'll help shape the practice, support the development of its people and ensure clients receive high-quality outcomes. The role

• Set direction and priorities for the consulting practice.
• Lead, coach and develop consulting professionals.
• Oversee delivery quality, ensuring work meets agreed standards and commercial objectives.
• Improve delivery methods, processes and quality assurance.
• Support resource planning and the development of consulting capability.
• Build strong client relationships and contribute to client success.
• Work with colleagues on proposals, discovery and solution estimates.
• Identify opportunities to improve services and strengthen the practice.
• Monitor performance and communicate progress, risks and priorities to senior stakeholders. About you
• You have experience leading people in a consulting, professional services or technology delivery environment.
• You understand how to deliver technology consulting services and maintain strong client relationships.
• You can balance delivery quality with commercial performance and resource planning.
• You have knowledge of Microsoft Power Platform and can guide teams delivering technology solutions.
• You communicate confidently with clients, consultants and senior stakeholders. Salary: £80,000–£100,000, depending on experience Working pattern: Remote, with some UK travel
