Commercial Property Finance – Broker Support Location: Kettering, Northamptonshire Salary: £28,000 per annum + Bonus Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent The Opportunity We are recruiting for a motivated and organised Broker Support Administrator to join a growing Commercial Property Finance team based in Kettering. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in financial services, sales support or property finance who is looking to take the next step in their career. You will play a key role in supporting Commercial Property Finance Brokers, managing finance applications and ensuring a smooth process from initial submission through to completion. Working within a supportive and ambitious team, you will have the opportunity to develop your industry knowledge, build relationships with lenders and other professionals, and progress your career within the specialist finance sector. Key Responsibilities

• Manage commercial property finance applications from submission through to completion.
• Complete client KYC checks and due diligence requirements.
• Prepare, process and submit finance applications to lenders.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, lenders, solicitors and valuers.
• Provide regular updates to clients and relevant parties throughout the application process.
• Take ownership of individual cases, ensuring they progress efficiently.
• Manage and maintain an accurate pipeline of ongoing applications.
• Work towards achievable individual and team KPIs.
• Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to Commercial Finance Brokers. The ideal candidate will have:
• Previous experience in financial services, sales support or a similar environment.
• Experience within property finance or commercial lending would be advantageous.
• Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• The ability to manage multiple cases and prioritise workloads effectively.
• A proactive, self-motivated approach with a desire to achieve results.
