Site Manager

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced operations leader to take ownership of a large-scale logistics and distribution operation within a fast-paced FMCG environment. This is a role for someone who thrives on accountability. You'll be responsible for the safe, efficient and cost-effective running of a major distribution site, leading a sizeable operational team and ensuring exceptional service performance across a demanding customer network. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping operational strategy, driving performance and creating a culture built on safety, engagement and continuous improvement. This is a high-profile leadership role with full responsibility for a large-scale logistics and distribution operation. You'll lead service, safety, compliance, cost and people performance, ensuring the operation consistently delivers for customers while driving operational excellence and continuous improvement. As a key member of the Site Leadership Team, you'll shape site priorities, develop high-performing teams and play a critical role in supporting the future growth of the business.
