Role 1: Grounds Maintenance Warden You keep the park looking its best all year round. Working with the Head Groundsman, you look after the grounds, roads, plots and shared areas so that owners and guests arrive to a park that is tidy, safe and welcoming

• Grass cutting, strimming, hedge trimming and edging across the park, including owner plots where this forms part of the se rvce
• Planting, weeding, mulching and seasonal bedding in communal borders and around the entrance and re c epion
• Litter picking, emptying bins and keeping roads, paths and ver ges lear
• Leaf clearance in autumn; gritting and snow clearance on roads and path s in inter
• Preparing bases and plots for new caravans and lodges, including levelling, fencing and finishing off aftersiting
• Basic repairs to decking, fencing, signage, benches a n d picnc areas
• Checking and maintaining drainage, gulli es and wate courses
• Routine checks of play areas and report i ng anythng unsafe
• Helping with caravan moves, deliveries and siting days whe n e x tra handsare needed Ro le 2: Cleaing Warden You make sure every guest walks into a spotless holiday home. Working with the Park Co-Ordinator, you clean and prepare the lettings fleet on changeover days and keep the park's shared facilities clean, stocked and presen t able t hrou h the week. Main duties
• Full changeover cleans of holiday lettings caravans and lodges to Horizon's cleaning checklist: kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, living areas, decking

and hot tub where fitted

• Making up beds, laying out welcome packs and checking every uni t i s ready befor guests arrive
• Stripping, laundering, drying and folding linen and towels, and keeping the laundry s t ock counted ad in good order
• Deep cleans of lettings units b etw een seasons andafter long stays
• Cleaning the reception, toilet and shower block, bin stores and any other c ommunal buildins on a daily rota
• Checking units for damage, missing items or maintenance faults during cl eans and reportin them the same day
• Restocking cleaning materials, toiletries and consumabl e s, and keeping aneye on stock levels
• Completing the daily cleaning and laundry checklists and filing them so t he weekly report to hed office is accurate
• Helping guests with questions at chec k -in and check-out wen the office is busy
• Following COSHH guidance for all cleaning produc ts a nd keeping the cleanng store tidy and safe

Shared responsibilities As a live-in couple you are the park's eyes and ea r s outside office hour. Between you, you will:

• Carry out an evening walk-round of the park, checking gat es, lighting and sharedbuildings, and locking up
• Be the first point of contact for owners and guests with an out-of-hours problem, such as a gas or water issue, a lost key or noise, and know when to ca l l the Park Co-Ordinatoror an emergency contractor
• Meet and gre et late arrivals and point gests in the right direction
• Keep a friendly, professional m anner with owners, guestsand contractors at all times
• Follow Horizon's health and safety policy, report accid ent s and near misses, and takepart in any training provided
• Cover for each other's basic task s when one of you is off, sothe park is always presentable
• Help at park ev ent s such as Trossachs Fest withset-up, tidy-up and car parking
• Look after your pitch or warden accommodation an d its surroundings to the samest
