From the first conversation with a venue to the final preparations before a performance, your work will help turn ambitious plans into memorable experiences for thousands of people. The Role You will work as part of our Events Office team and collaborate closely with our Head of Events & Operations, Logistics Manager, Programming dept, and Technical Manager to support the planning and preparation of our UK and international programme. At the heart of the role is making sure the right information reaches the right people at the right time. Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate venue and event communications: Manage initial and final venue contacts, confirm call times and arrangements, respond to queries, and distribute clear information to venues, artists and event teams.
  • Support Programming and event planning: Complete venue booking forms, maintain programme and event records, track outstanding information, and support the administration of specialist shows and company events.

  • Support the wider team: Provide Box Office cover and support accommodation booking when required. Jump in on new projects which require an additional pair or hands. About You You will be an accomplished administrator who enjoys a varied workload and takes pride in getting the details right. You will be comfortable switching between tasks, prioritising effectively and taking responsibility for the coordination of a busy events calendar. Just as importantly, you will be a great team player: approachable, dependable and confident communicating with colleagues, venues and suppliers. Our venue and supplier relationships are foundational to the business and as an Event Coordinator you will be representing Kinda Dusty when dealing with them. Having a friendly, professional and proactive approach is crucial.  Essential Skills and Experience

  • A collaborative approach and the ability to build positive working relationships.
  • Strong IT skills and confidence using email, spreadsheets, shared documents and online systems.
  • Excellent attention to detail, initiative and a calm, practical approach when plans change. Experience within live events, theatre, music or entertainment would be an advantage. What We Offer
  • £30,000–£32,000 depending on experience.
  • Top-tier private health insurance.
  • Hybrid working (1 day a week on site)
  • 20 days' holiday plus 8 bank holidays.
  • The opportunity to help deliver world-class concerts and productions in some of the UK and world's most prestigious venues.
  • A varied role working across events, programming, logistics and production within an exciting, fast growing company.
