SOC Lead

SOC Lead I'm working with an organisation looking for a technically strong SOC Lead to provide technical leadership across security incidents and take ownership when serious incidents occur. They're looking for someone who can confidently take control of an incident, drive the response and coordinate activity, while still remaining technically hands-on. The role offers a high level of autonomy, giving you the opportunity to shape how things are done and work hands-on with modern cloud security and automation technologies, including Wiz and more The right person will be:

• Strong across incident response and security operations, including major/complex incidents.
• Experienced leading serious incidents, driving and coordinating the response through to resolution.
• Hands-on with SIEM, including Sentinel, Splunk or similar.
• Strong across detection engineering and EDR.
• Experienced working across cloud security environments and newer technologies such as Wiz.
• Experienced with security automation and improving SOC processes.
• Already operating as a senior member of a SOC team, taking the lead on larger incidents and ready for broader technical leadership.
