From handling enquiries and resolving issues to providing accurate information and support, you'll play an important role in ensuring every client receives an outstanding experience. If you enjoy working with people, solving problems, and delivering exceptional service, this could be the perfect role for you. Travel & Flexibility This role offers variety, with travel to our Merry Hill (Dudley) Community Treatment Centre and other future Community Treatment Centres as required. Travel is expected at least once a week, with additional visits depending on business needs. All additional business travel expenses will be reimbursed.
