The Role As a Contact Centre Agent, you will be responsible for managing customer interactions via telephone, email, and live chat. You will support customers with enquiries, discuss solutions, and deliver a high standard of customer service. Working within a busy contact centre environment, you will receive full training and ongoing support to help you succeed and progress within the business.
