Microsoft Consultant (MECM, SCCM, SCOM & IAM) Remote (Bristol Area) | Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure Consultancy | Immediate Starter Fixed-Term Employment (Until March 2027) | Up to £65,000 Base Salary Areti Group is partnering with a growing Microsoft consultancy that delivers complex cloud, infrastructure, endpoint management, security, and digital transformation programmes for organisations across the UK. We're looking for a Microsoft Consultant to join an established consultancy team on a short-term basis, delivering Microsoft infrastructure, endpoint management, identity, and cloud transformation projects for customers across the UK. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious Microsoft professional who enjoys working directly with customers, delivering projects, solving technical challenges, and working with some of Microsoft's most widely adopted technologies. You'll work alongside highly experienced Consultants and Architects, gaining exposure to enterprise-scale environments and modern Microsoft technologies whilst delivering meaningful outcomes for customers. Why This Role? This isn't a support desk position. This is a genuine consultancy role where you'll play a key part in delivering customer transformation projects across infrastructure, identity, cloud, security, and endpoint management technologies. You'll work on projects involving:

• Microsoft Azure From implementation and migration through to testing, validation, and go-live support, you'll be directly involved in helping customers modernise and optimise their Microsoft environments. What You'll Be Doing Microsoft Project Delivery
• Design, deploy, configure, and migrate MECM, SCCM, SCOM, and Identity & Access Management solutions.
• Deliver Microsoft 365 implementation, migration, and transformation projects.
• Execute testing, validation, migration, and cutover activities.
• Troubleshoot technical issues throughout project delivery.
• Support customers during implementation and early-life support phases.
• Ensure technical delivery aligns with agreed designs, customer requirements, and Microsoft best practices. Customer Engagement
• Work directly with customer stakeholders throughout projects.
• Participate in technical workshops, discovery sessions, and assessments.
• Build trusted relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Deliver a professional and customer-focused consultancy experience. Collaboration & Documentation
• Work closely with Senior Consultants and Architects on project delivery.
• Produce high-quality technical documentation and implementation records.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing initiatives.
• Support continuous improvement across delivery processes and methodologies.
• Stay up to date with Microsoft's evolving technologies, roadmaps, and best practices. We're Interested in Speaking With People Who Have Essential Experience
• Hands-on experience delivering Microsoft solutions within customer environments.
• Good knowledge of MECM / SCCM, SCOM, IAM (Identity & Access Management).
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Collaboration Technologies.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Azure services.
• Experience delivering implementation, migration, or transformation projects.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving capabilities.
• Previous experience working directly with customers and stakeholders. Desirable Experience
• Consultancy, MSP, or Microsoft Partner experience.
• Teams Voice deployment experience.
• Azure migration project experience.
• Exposure to solution design activities.
• Microsoft certifications.
