Lead Platform Engineer – DevSecOps We're looking for a Lead Platform Engineer to formalise and lead the DevSecOps function at a fast-growing technology company. This is a high-impact role with significant scope and ownership, shaping platform architecture and embedding security into the engineering lifecycle from day one. Key skills:

• Strong Platform Engineering / DevSecOps experience.
• Secure by Design principles and frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001 and Cyber Essentials+.
• AWS, Kubernetes and Terraform.
• CI/CD, GitOps and infrastructure automation.
• Policy-as-code and automated security controls.
