Senior Electronics Engineer

Senior Electronics Engineer – Hertfordshire | Up to £80,000 DOE I'm working on a Senior Electronics Engineer opportunity with a growing engineering business in Hertfordshire, looking for an experienced electronics engineer to play a key role in the development of its products. This is a hands-on, technically senior position for someone who enjoys taking ownership of electronics design, tackling complex engineering challenges and seeing products through from initial concept to manufacture. You'll be involved across the full development lifecycle, including circuit design, PCB development, prototyping, verification, testing and fault-finding. You'll also have the opportunity to provide technical guidance to other engineers and help drive good design practices across the team. I'm particularly interested in speaking with engineers who have experience in:

• Electronics design and PCB development, ideally using Altium
• Analogue, digital and mixed-signal electronics
• Embedded hardware and microcontroller-based systems
• Prototyping, verification, testing and complex fault-finding
• EMC, design validation and taking products into manufacture
• Providing technical guidance, mentoring or supporting other engineers I'm looking for someone who combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, problem-solving approach.
