PROPERTY MANAGER CENTRAL LONDON £36,000–£38,000 (negotiable for an exceptional candidate)

• Are you an experienced residential Property Manager who likes owning a portfolio from start to finish?
• Are you confident handling deposit disputes, legal notices and compliance, as well as day-to-day maintenance?

An established London lettings and property management agency is looking for an experienced Property Manager to join its team. You'll manage a residential portfolio across the whole tenancy, from check-in to deposit settlement. You'll be the main contact for landlords, tenants, contractors and building managers. WHY JOIN?

• Work across two central London offices, Shoreditch and Tower Bridge
• Hybrid working once you've passed probation
• Regular hours, Monday to Friday, 8:45am–5:30pm

• Get end-to-end management experience, including legal, compliance and licensing work
• Salary of £36,000–£38,000, with flexibility for the right candidate THE ROLE
• Manage tenancies from start to finish
• Arrange routine maintenance, issue works orders and track outstanding works
• Oversee contractors, refurbishment projects, and pre- and post-tenancy cleans
• Carry out property inspections and send full reports to landlords
• Keep properties compliant, including gas safety, electrical testing and health and safety
• Register deposits and handle end-of-tenancy settlements and deposit disputes
• Manage the property float and sign off contractor invoices accurately
• Handle insurance claims, utilities transfers, keys and 24/7 emergency cover
• Manage what landlords and tenants expect, clearly and professionally THE PROFILE
• Experience in residential property management
• Hands-on experience with deposit disputes and statutory declarations
• Confident with legal notices, possession proceedings and evictions
• Familiar with HMO and selective licensing
• Accurate and comfortable working with figures
• Strong knowledge of lettings compliance and health and safety
• Excellent customer service, able to deal with landlords, tenants and contractors
