IT Project Manager

Job Title: IT Project Manager Location: Hybrid in London (2-3 days/week) Employment Type: Permanent Salary: Up to £70,000 + benefits Start Date: Immediate Industry: Events & Entertainment We're working with a world-leading live entertainment and sports business who are looking for a IT Project Manager for its global technology PMO. You'll own the delivery of projects across some of the UK's best-known venues. The work centres on infrastructure, networks and venue system upgrades, with exposure to enterprise applications and data. IT Project Manager – Key Responsibilities

• Leading IT projects of varying size end to end, from initiation to closure, within an established PMO framework
• Delivering infrastructure, network and system upgrade projects in live venue environments
• Working with sponsors, stakeholders and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define scope
• Choosing the right delivery approach (Waterfall, Agile or hybrid) for each project
• Keeping projects on time and on budget, with changes documented and escalated properly
• Producing weekly status reports for stakeholders and senior leadership
• Running weekly project meetings, with agendas, minutes and action tracking
• Contributing to PMO governance and documentation IT Project Manager – Key Skills Required
• PMP and/or PRINCE2 certification
• A proven track record delivering IT projects, ideally infrastructure, network or systems upgrades
• Knowledge of enterprise applications, data engineering, infrastructure technologies, and business processes
• Experience with both Waterfall and Agile methodologies
• Confidence communicating with and presenting to senior and C-level stakeholders
• Strong organisation, prioritisation and change management skills
• Proficiency in MS Project, Smartsheet or similar, plus Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI IT Project Manager – Desirable
• A Scrum Master or other Agile certification
• Experience in venues, stadiums, live events, hospitality or other multi-site environments
