Operations Manager - Norwich

If so, we are looking for an Operations Manager to join us and manage our contract with ASHI (Anglian Safestyle Home Improvements), to be based at our Norwich site. • Day-to-day you will manage the overall operation, ensuring that compliance and targets are achieved in line with business and customer requirements
• You will need to continually control cost to ensure the site operationally meets or exceeds budget targets and look to continuously improve wherever necessary
• Actively motivate, manage and maintain relationships with depot drivers, managers and customers
• Proactively promote a health & safety culture, leading by example to help drive initiatives that will maintain and improve our culture of safety across the site What You Need To Succeed At XPO
• Strong on compliance and must be an international CPC holder.
• Previous experience of working within a transport operation managing a large driver workforce
• Previous experience of working closely with customers and maintaining a strong working relationship
• Strong communication skills
