Residential Conveyancer | Modern Conveyancing | Home-Based or Hybrid Your Next Move in Conveyancing Starts Here £30,000+ basic salary plus bonus (£8,000 - £18,000 per year)* 📍 Home-based across the UK or hybrid from our offices in Manchester, Leicester, Leeds, Southport, Northampton and St Ives (Cambridgeshire) The Role As a Residential Conveyancer, you'll manage a varied caseload covering a broad range of residential property transactions while delivering an excellent customer experience. Supported by specialist teams and modern conveyancing technology, you'll handle matters efficiently and confidently from instruction through to completion. Typical Matters Include:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership properties
• Transfers of equity
• Re-mortgages
• More complex residential conveyancing matters Key Responsibilities
• Manage a residential conveyancing caseload of 90+ files (experience dependent)
• Progress transactions from instruction through to completion
• Deliver excellent levels of customer service
• Work collaboratively with internal specialist support teams
• Achieve service and completion targets
• Support colleagues and share technical knowledge where appropriate What We're Looking For To be successful in this Conveyancer position, you'll have:
• Experience managing your own caseload of conveyancing files
• Strong technical conveyancing knowledge
• Confidence working within a target-driven environment
• Excellent communication and client care skills
• Strong IT skills and experience using case management systems
