Residential Conveyancing Solicitor FEE Earner

Ally Randall Solicitors is looking for an experienced and ambitious Residential Conveyancing Solicitor or Fee Earner to join our established and growing practice. We are seeking someone who is not only confident in managing their own caseload but also commercially minded, proactive and enthusiastic about developing new business and building lasting professional relationships. The Role

• Manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion
• Handle freehold and leasehold transactions, remortgages, transfers of equity and new-build matters
• Deliver excellent client care and maintain strong professional relationships
• Develop new business opportunities through networking, referrals and existing contacts
• Build and maintain relationships with estate agents, mortgage brokers and other introducers
• Contribute to the continued growth and success of the conveyancing department About You
• Experienced in independently managing residential conveyancing transactions
• Strong technical knowledge and commercial awareness
• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
• A proactive approach to business development and generating new instructions
• An existing professional network or client following would be advantageous
• Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers and experienced Fee Earners are encouraged to apply What We Offer
