Technical Program Manager

Technical Program Manager – Robotics & Network Infrastructure 📍 Location: London, Hybrid – 3 days on-site, Tuesday to Thursday 🌎 Scope: Global infrastructure programs I'm looking for an experienced Technical Program Manager to support the delivery and expansion of robotics and AI research lab infrastructure for a leading global technology organisation. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who combines strong technical infrastructure knowledge with end-to-end program management experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

• Lead end-to-end infrastructure deployment programs, from initial design and planning through to commissioning and operational handover.
• Manage network and server hardware lifecycles, including procurement, configuration, patching and deployment.
• Coordinate complex roadmaps, milestones, dependencies and risks across multiple sites and regions.
• Ensure infrastructure security requirements and compliance standards are met.
• Collaborate with network engineers, infrastructure teams and senior stakeholders to deliver projects successfully.
• Navigate competing priorities and changing requirements while maintaining high delivery standards. Essential Skills & Experience:
• Minimum 5+ years of Technical Program Management experience.
• Background in Telecoms, Internet Service Providers (ISPs), or the Technology sector.
• Strong understanding of network and server infrastructure lifecycles.
• Knowledge of network hardware, including routers, switches, Cisco technologies and firewalls.
• Experience with infrastructure design, hardware procurement, configuration, patching and deployment.
• Proven ability to manage complex, multi-site or multi-region technical programs.
• Excellent stakeholder management, risk management and communication skills.
