MetAntz connects top talents with Global opportunities. MetAntz is working with a fast growing $130m+ funded, Bay area startup customer to hire Engineering leader for a remote opportunity in UK. Company Overview A fast-growing, well-funded Agentic AI company (Silicon Valley HQ, offices in London, Bangalore, Vancouver) is hiring an Engineering Leader to own and scale multiple product lines across Voice AI, BPO operations, and Workforce Management. You'll report to the Head of Engineering and lead the org building the infrastructure behind real-time voice AI agents, automated agent QA, auto-learning pipelines, analytics, and workforce optimization - all running as multi-tenant systems across global geographies. What You Will Do

• Architect multi-tenant, geo-distributed systems with strict data isolation and compliance (SOC 2, GDPR, HIPAA)
• Build high-throughput, real-time ingestion for voice data, call metadata, and telemetry
• Own end-to-end engineering for Agent QA — automated call scoring, compliance monitoring, sentiment analysis, auto-learning feedback loops
• Build Workforce Management capabilities - demand forecasting, scheduling, capacity planning using operations-research techniques
• Hire, coach, and grow a multi-disciplinary team (voice engineering, backend, data engineering, applied ops research) and the EMs beneath them What We Are Looking For
• 12+ years of software engineering experience, including 4+ years leading teams of 8+ engineers at a high-growth startup or top-tier tech company
• Deep expertise in real-time, data-intensive systems and event-driven, streaming architectures (Kafka, Flink, or equivalent)
• Experience building scalable multi-tenant SaaS platforms with compliance and data-residency requirements
• Track record taking products from 0→1 and hiring, retaining strong engineering talent
• Nice to have: voice, telephony systems (WebRTC, SIP), operations research, optimization background, analytics, BI platforms, or hands-on LLM orchestration, agentic AI experience Location & Compensation Based in the UK. Competitive compensation, meaningful equity.
