SCR Development Manager

Managing a team of Application Developers throughout the development lifecycle and supporting of live customer services. The successful applicant will work with the project managers and the operations teams to ensure the development team resources are utilised efficiently for both sprint and release development requirements, along with ensuring suitable resource is available where required to provide technical support to the technical support team. This will include a range of responsibilities including planning, resource allocation and management, defining and improving development lifecycle processes, monitoring and quality control to ensure that the product delivered meets the requirements specification, utilising appropriate technologies and adherence to design, quality and information governance standards. The postholder will lead the business through the relevant security certification needs for cloud services and be a key contributor to the technology strategy.
