Learning and Development Manager

Senior Learning and Development Manager International Law Firm, Liverpool Street Competitive Salary, Hybrid I'm working with an international law firm in Liverpool Street to appoint a Senior Learning and Development Manager. This is a senior role owning the firm's professional skills offering across London, as well as online learning for colleagues in EMEA and Asia. WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES

• Leading the design, delivery and evaluation of the firm's professional skills programme across London
• Developing and running online courses for attendees across EMEA and Asia
• Measuring the impact of learning and using the results to shape future programmes
• Working closely with partners, practice groups and business services leaders to identify development needs WHAT THEY ARE LOOKING FOR
• Significant L&D experience, ideally within a law firm or professional services environment
• A strong track record of designing and delivering skills programmes for professional audiences
• Experience creating and running online learning for international audiences
• Confidence working with senior stakeholders, including partners
