Configuration Change Support Location: Filton or Broughton Contract: Long-term contract until October 2027 Hours: 35 hours per week (4.5-day working week) Pay Rate: £25.78 per hour PAYE / £34.50 per hour Umbrella Security Clearance: BPSS clearance required IR35: Inside IR35 The Opportunity Our client is seeking a Configuration Change Support / Product Definition Integrator to join a busy and innovative engineering environment supporting major aerospace programmes. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a cross-functional digital and configuration management team, helping to support engineering change activities throughout the aircraft lifecycle. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, Programme Management, Airworthiness and wider business functions to ensure product definition and configuration changes are delivered to the highest standards of quality, cost and schedule performance. Key Responsibilities

• Support configuration and product definition integration activities across multiple aerospace programmes.
• Manage engineering change deliverables and coordinate stakeholders throughout the change process.
• Support digital integration initiatives and wider digital transformation activities.
• Coordinate engineering change activities throughout the aircraft lifecycle.
• Ensure processes and methods are applied correctly across cross-functional teams.
• Promote best practice and continuous improvement within the engineering community.
• Support digitalisation, automation and configuration management tool development initiatives.
• Work collaboratively across engineering, programme, airworthiness and support functions to achieve delivery targets. What We're Looking For
• Experience within configuration management, engineering change, product definition, or change control environments.
• Aerospace experience is highly desirable.
• Engineering or Aerospace degree preferred, although relevant industry experience will also be considered.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple functions.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Experience using Google Workspace.
• Exposure to configuration change processes and lifecycle management activities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced engineering environment.
