Electrical Engineer

Want to work on one of the biggest data centre builds in the UK? We're looking for Electrical Engineers to join the £10bn Blyth Data Centre development. And if you're travelling from further afield, you'll even get your own private accommodation, with travel covered! Working arrangements:

• Local candidates: Monday–Friday.
• Living over 2 hours away: 10 days on / 4 days off, with private accommodation and travel provided. What you'll be doing:
• Reviewing, managing and coordinating technical electrical drawings.
• Overseeing electrical installations and ensuring works meet project specifications.
• Providing technical guidance to electrical subcontractors.
• Prioritising and allocating work across the technical team.
• Ensuring all works comply with the Winthrop Integrated Management System.
• Monitoring subcontractor compliance with site requirements, including health and safety.
• Troubleshooting technical issues and implementing corrective actions.
• Managing document control and ensuring all project logs are kept up to date. Experience required: Data centre experience is NOT essential. What we're looking for is proven experience on large-scale, technically complex or mission-critical projects, with a strong electrical engineering background.
