Job Title: Platform Architect (ServiceNow) Location: Remote in UK Type: Fully work from home Skills: ServiceNow consulting, architecture, implementation and certification. We at Coforge are looking for ServiceNow Architect in UK. Mandatory Requirements:
- Certified ServiceNow Professional (CMA/CTA preferred).
- 12+ years of experience in ServiceNow consulting, architecture, and implementation
- Strong advisory and consulting background with the ability to influence business and technology decisions.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience engaging CXOs, Enterprise Architects, and senior leadership.
- Strong communication, executive presence, and customer-facing capabilities.
- Hands-on implementation expertise across ITOM, HRSD, and AI adoption initiatives.
- Good understanding of regulatory compliance and governance frameworks.
- Experience in architecture, governance, integrations, CMDB, enterprise patterns, and digital transformation programs. Certification:
- Certified ServiceNow Professional (Mandatory)
- CMA/CTA certification preferred
