Customer Experience Lead - Interim

Are you an experienced CX Professional with a passion for shaping strategy and customer journeys? We have an exciting 6-month contract (minimum) to take a lead role in delivering our CX mission at an important time in our growth and product innovation. Based from either our Bristol or Bodmin office. Working with key stakeholders from each of our functions, with a clear mandate and using customer insights, you will own the CX programme, its priorities, reporting and delivery coordination. • Based in the South-West, this role has the option of a hybrid working pattern from either our Bodmin or Bristol locations. About you
• You will have a demonstrable record of designing and implementing CX improvements across several business functions, with evidence of adoption and customer or operational benefit.
• Experience in a B2B environment involving physical products, installation, technical service or aftersales, or closely comparable customer journeys. Working together
• We need your expertise to review our existing CX work, listen to customers and colleagues, and turn the findings into an agreed strategy, a prioritised roadmap and practical changes.
• Working closely with Service, Sales, Marketing and Quality Assurance to improve the experience of partners, customers and operators from initial enquiry through installation, handover and ongoing support. Interested?
• Ideally, we are looking for a start date by mid-November in time for a handover (maternity leave)
• There is flexibility for a part-time working pattern
• UK travel is required, including collaborating with colleagues in our other location and meeting customers at their venues
