Product Design Manager

Product Design Manager B2C eCommerce London – Hybrid working. Permanent – salary £110K base plus generous benefits. We're looking for an exceptional Design Manager to lead and elevate Product Design across a growing B2C eCommerce business You'll lead a team of four experienced Product Designers and play a key role in raising the quality bar across UX, interaction and visual design, while establishing Design as an equal strategic partner to Product and Engineering. This is a leadership role for someone who gets genuine satisfaction from helping talented designers become exceptional-someone with outstanding product design judgement, strong craft credibility and the confidence to challenge teams to produce better work. You'll be responsible for:

• Coaching and developing an experienced Product Design team
• Creating a strong culture of critique, learning and high standards
• Defining a clear design vision and principles
• Raising UX, interaction and visual design quality across the product experience
• Partnering with Product, Engineering, Data & AI leadership to shape product direction
• Strengthening design systems, research and design practices
• Connecting great design with measurable customer and commercial outcomes We're looking for someone who:
